Brabant Alucast has achieved a high level of automation. This has resulted in numerous improvements, such as dimensional stability of the products by systematically going through the same set of processing steps as the previous part within the specified time. Throughout the Group many poka-yokes have been integrated in the automated production cells, which verify all the parameters of the previous process step.
