Brabant Alucast Germany, Site Wendlingen, is specialised in the development and production of Aluminium high pressure die casting products with high requirements to mechanical properties and weldability. Reduction of wall thickness and weight reduction belong to the core competences.
Between 1980 and 1984 the VACURAL patent was developed. Brabant Alucast Germany is able to cast different alloys and their products are competitive to other techniques like forging, Coba press and gravity casting.
Location:
Brabant Alucast Germany is located in Wendlingen, in close proximity to Stuttgart and the German premium OE M's. Our modern plant is within 15 minutes driving distance of the International Stuttgart Airport.
Machine range:
- 11 casting cells with closing force from 320 to 1.450 tons
- CNC machining centres
- in house capacity for T5 and T6 heat treatment
Customers:
Our major customers include Audi, Daimler, Porsche, GM/Opel, TRW, Recaro, Trelleborg, Vibracoustic, ZF and Ducati.
